Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, by using the cancellation option in your account settings or by emailing us at gradlinesuk@gmail.com.

We recommend cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged for the following month.

When you cancel, you will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of the monthly billing period you have already paid for.

Your subscription will then end. It will not renew and no further payments will be taken.

We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period after cancellation, except where you are entitled to a refund by law.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day cooling-off period in which to cancel a contract for digital content and receive a refund.

Because Gradlines supplies digital content and begins delivering it to you immediately when you subscribe, this right is affected.

When you subscribe, you expressly ask us to begin supplying the Service straight away, and you acknowledge that once supply has begun you lose your statutory right to cancel under these Regulations and to receive a refund for that period. You give this consent at the point of subscribing, before any payment is taken.

This does not remove your right to cancel your ongoing subscription at any time under section 1, and it does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty or not as described.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply and cannot be excluded.

If the digital content we supply is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction, or in some cases a refund.

If you think there is a problem with the Service, contact us at gradlinesuk@gmail.com and we will work with you to put it right.

We may cancel your subscription in the circumstances set out in our Terms and Conditions, for example if you breach those Terms or if payment fails.

If we withdraw the Service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and you will not be charged for any period after the Service is withdrawn.
